Yes that’s right, you wait several months for a blogpost and then three come along in quick succession! We’ve just had sooo much to tell you about since the start of the year that rather than stick it all in one mega-post, we’ve split it down into this manageable trio.
So you know all about the re-launched mini-kegs and free local delivery, and you’ve been snapping up our exciting new can range, from Love Unlimited to Simcoe Swell (and, of course, Kokomo and Pure O). Now, following on from Monday’s announcement. we want to tell you about an initiative we’re launching to share the love.
We’re all missing going to the pub, and the enforced closure isn’t something any of us would have anticipated a year ago that we’d still be suffering. Now, having been closed since the start of November, pubs have to re-stock their cellars all over again.
So: Help Us Help Pubs. It’s a simple concept, and we really hope you, and our favourite local watering holes, will get on board with it.
Every time you buy a case of cans from our webshop from now until 12th April (when hopefully pubs will be given the go-ahead to open outside service), we’ll give you a 10% discount and the opportunity to nominate a pub of your choice. And, every time you nominate a pub, we’ll bank them credit for our beer when they’re finally allowed to re-open. We want to give your favourite pubs a helping hand when it comes to re-stocking later in the year, and let them know their customers (that’s you guys!) are ready and waiting to show them the love they deserve. We hope it’ll give pubs a bit of a boost knowing you’ve got their backs.
When you place your order on the webshop use the discount code ‘myfavouritepub’ in the checkout section to get your 10%, but before that add the name of the pub you’d like to nominate to the special instructions for delivery box (along with any special instructions for delivery!) before you check out.

Hopefully better government support for the hospitality and entertainment industries (and their supply chains like us breweries) will be announced in the new budget next week, but until then this is our small way of giving back. We hope Help Us Help Pubs will give a bit of encouragement to pubs when they’re allowed to re-open.

Free local delivery: with the can shops at GCHQ and The Good Measure closed for now, we’re currently offering free local delivery every Thursday and Friday to addresses within a 2 mile radius of the brewery. If you’re in this area, this is automatically applied at the checkout, however if you live just outside and would like to request free delivery please us email at cheers@goodchemistrybrewing.com with your full postcode. Next-day delivery cans are still available locally if you don’t want to wait till the end of the week, these will be sent via courier.
Nationwide delivery via courier is £5.99 to mainland UK. Order before midday for next working day delivery.
