We created this beer to celebrate the new feeling of hope that accompanied the easing of pandemic restrictions. Packed full of Mosaic, Citra and Cascade, it delivers a pithy burst of juicy flavour and aroma.

The hops are complemented by the blend of malts that we chose. Golden Promise barley provides the bready and mildly sweet base, with generous amounts of Oats and Wheat contributing a smooth and rewarding mouthfeel. All the presence of a bigger beer, but with a very sessionable strength.
