In true West Coast style, this Pale Ale delivers a complex hop flavour and a refreshing, balanced bitterness.

We brewed this beer with hops from Oregon for an extra kick of fruitiness, compared to the classic Washington varieties that you might be used it. Chinook, Cascade and Columbus deliver a bright grapefruit and pine punch with tangy citrus and a subtle black pepper twist.
