We designed this recipe to use specially selected English malts for a soft bready flavour. This is complemented with a blend of traditional and modern Continental hops for a classic herbal and grassy aroma.

Good Lager was born from our initiative to reduce the energy inputs required in brewing beer. Traditional Lager brewing methods can be particularly energy intensive due to the cooling required and the longer maturation times. 

Through a process of research, experimentation and dialogue with our suppliers, we managed to reduce the energy required to brew this style by over 50%. You can read more about how we did that HERE
