Dear friends of Good Chemistry Brewing, The Good Measure and East Bristol Brewery Trail,

We are incredibly excited to make our delicious cask beers available across Bristol this week all ready for you to celebrate the bank holiday weekend and East Bristol Brewery Trail at home!

We have three of our favourite beers available in 5L (nearly 9 pints!) Bag In Box containers:

TIME LAPSE: 3.8%, our back-to-our-roots classic English bitter, £23

STORMS PASS: 4.3%, rich smooth brown ale, £25

COMMON THREAD: 4.2%, full bodied hoppy pale ale, £25

You can order these NOW through our online store here, and they will be available to collect from GCHQ (12-3pm) or from The Good Measure (4-7pm) this Thursday 7^th May. If you need a home delivery, these will be made on Friday, all ready to get your long weekend started!

BECOMING NORTH cans are back on the online shop too, so you can add a case of tasty dark beer to your cask order! Plus our beautiful pint and half-pint glasses, as seen at the brewery tap and The Good Measure, if you want to drink your GCB in true style!

We’re sure you’ve been supporting our friends and neighbours at Arbor, Dawkins, LHG and Moor as they continue to sell cans, bottles and draught beer. Thank you for continuing to buy local, drink Bristol, and support your local breweries. We’re all absolutely gutted not to be opening up for the East Bristol Brewery Trail this weekend and hope you’ll tag us in your photos of #EBBTathome!

Together we’ll get through this terrible situation as best we possibly can, and we look forward to sharing a pint with you in real life once we’re allowed. Till then, take care and stay safe.

To collect from the brewery (Thur 7^th, 12-3pm; William Street, St Philips BS2 0RG) or The Good Measure (Thur 7^th, 4-7pm; Chandos Road, Redland BS6 6PE) please select ‘Pick up’ tab on Delivery section of checkout. All necessary precautions for the current situation will be taken for you to safely come and pick up your beer from the brewery and the pub.

Orders received after midday on Thur 7^th will be fulfilled the following week – we’ll update opening hours for collection and delivery day next week.

All Bag In Box will be freshly filled on Thur 7^th. If kept cool it should keep for up to two weeks. All necessary precautions for the current situation will be taken when working in the brewery.

A full Bag In Box weighs approx. 5kg, so is suitable for taking home on foot or by bike as part of your shopping trip or daily exercise.

Home deliveries will be made on Fri 8^th. Addresses in BS1-BS8 (Clifton only) are eligible for home delivery; apologies but we are unable to process deliveries outside of these postcodes. All necessary precautions for the current situation will be taken when delivering to you: we will knock/ring on the door when we arrive, leaving the beer on the doorstep, & stand well back when you answer.

Please note we are unfortunately unable to sell any other draught products from The Good Measure or the brewery at this time.
